The price vill be around 700 US$, but would definetly be worth it if it holds the Tanaka standard.I guess vi have to wait end see when it arrives in the stores.

This might be the next big thing, hopefully someone will clone it because $700 is way too much... like $400 too much

That is quite a clever location for the hop up adjustment.

Awesome new offering. Its about time a commercial offering became available for a spring powered, non shell ejecting bolt action ww2 main battle rifle. Unfortunately at $700.00 it wont sell in significant enough volume to impact our hobby.

Well I'll be...they pulled it off! Glad to be wrong. My guess is that the bolt has a bb follower that pushes the bb out of the mag, up a ramp, and into the hop chamber in the forward position...something akin to a GBB pistol loading mechanism....very clever!

Interesting. I wonder how it shoots. Lot of money though.

Why is it stupid? if you dont want a scope, dont use it. but its perfectly realistic.

while it is "accurate" Very few rifles had these rails, and while it can just be unscrewed, it leaves a big chunk of the stock missing. For those of us who strive fore realism, it makes a difference.
but thats my $0.02
The rail, and I would gladly pay $100 more for a limanated stock. But thats just nit picking. IF YOU READ THIS TANAKA I AM NOT COMPLAINING, GOOD WORK WITH THE ONLY SPRING K98!

Coming from Japan it will shoot around 300 FPS with 20 gram which means in order to be truly skirmishableit will need at the minimum an upgraded spring so as expensive as it is, additional money will have to be spent, unfortunately.
