Just had an idea for eastern front games! (or if it applies to western front also) why not, in place of glass bottles with gasoline, use plastic water bottles with some rags stuffed in the opening! A Perrier shaped plastic bottle would look the part and be light enough to be safe to throw, and with the rag to add weight, would be heavy enough to throw a good distance. for gameplay purposes, they could be used like dummy grenades with a "blast radius" of about 10ft. They could be a cheap substitute for dummy grenades, just as the "RS" versions were a cheap substitute for RS grenades! ;D

That is a good idea, the field I play at has used something like that before during armor games. When the tanks/armor are guys holding flag poles with rope attached, the opposition was given two anti-tank guns and molotov cocktails. The molotov cocktails consisted of clear water bottles filled with purple or black food coloring water and then a red rag was glued to the top of it. And the rule for kills with it was it had to hit within 5 feet of the person or make contact with them. From what I remember we were pretty successful using them in quick ambushes.
