After doing some photoshoots with a fellow, who has a "replica" WW2 US Army Motorcycle, I have been invited to participate in local parades and events with him. The photos he takes are sent to the troops overseas as a morale booster, along with care packages he sends. This weekend I have the opportunity to set up a small campsite/display next to his tent, at a local festival. I hope to use this opportunity, not only to help support his efforts, but also to support and promote WW2 Airsoft! I plan to plant a sign with the WW2AA logo on it, and hand out cards with the logo and URL. With all my spare kits, I also hope to spur the creation of a small US Airborne unit by "recruiting" those who are interested. If everything goes as planned, we should have a small infux of members on the boards at least! Here is the Army Tritbute bike FB page: www.facebook.com/#!/UsArmyTributeBike And some photos! www.facebook.com/#!/media/set/?set=a.611227692234344.1073741879.549910708366043&type=3 P.S. I know in one of the photos that we are saluting, we used the wrong hands! I can assure you we have it down, and it will be our last mistake of the sort!

Well the display did very well and attracted a lot of attention. I handed out cards with the forum url, and my own contact info.

Thanks stuka! I really enjoyed teaching everyone about all the equipment we use and how it pertained to WW2. I had to fend off some 12 year old COD fanboys who just wanted to swing the guns around though.
