Here's a shot of my gear: i189.photobucket.com/albums/z276/odinfish/gear.jpgWill throw everything on probably this weekend to get a few shots...and also to freak out the neighbors as I wage war against this ground hog that keeps eating my tomatoes..humanely stinging his ass of course with my MP40 so he'll find another porch to live under! Not pictured: - Toque - Soldaten Liederbuch - Jackboots Mike **edit: a few things I'm still looking to add to my impression are: - M40 Mantel - Splinter Pattern Zeltbahn - Tornister

I took a couple of pictures more today as it was raining, hopely you like. My camera made the pictures suck, again, but as I uploaded the pics to photobucket, they seemed to look even better. Only thing I have done to these pics is that I made them black and white, camera made all the rest as it's 3-4 years old and seen much of rain and etc. But, here's the pics! Only things added are some leaves on my helmet and little bit of dirt to my face and hands. Also The A-frame is missing and I placed the misc. little better, but unfortunately those pics didn't work out as good as these two.

This one's so cool I gotta post it: Some of my Friends at the event yesterday. It'd almost be on the better thread, save for the rightmost guy's facial hair and the exposed plastic bags holding the sawdust inside the "sand" bags.

DAK Motorcycle Recon impression is finally done. I have all the gear (MP40 pouches, bread bag, canteen etc) as well. Finished it off with a tunic from Capt Zak. It's ready to go out and play (in 2 weeks).

Well, I guess it's time for me to hop in the thread. I'm doing a basic western front Heer impression most of the time, I do have all sorts of random gear and other impressions too. These pictures were taken for a friend to illustrate the placement of the gear, and what I have. Yes, I am overweight to be a heer soldier and I do mostly re-enacting rather than airsoft. I'm going to have some better pictures taken at a studio sometime soon... I have actually improved my gear so much since these photos, that I am actually embarrased to show them here. Anyways, here we go. It was unbearably hot, so I did my mantel rolling pretty quickly and it turned out to be too short... that's why it's not nicely around the A-frame. translatedpoorly.mine.nu/Retroilu/applesauce s.jpg[/img] Some older picture of my stuff... plenty of more now. It gets pretty damn cold here during the winter (great for Ostfront re-enacting! The actual ost front isn't too far either) so I got myself a winter uniform set. It was + 28 outside and I decided to wear it and watch tv. I felt so awesome, that I had to take a picture.

9th SS impression. I'm missing a lot of stuff (field gear, mostly). My tunic is a little bit too baggy. Still, I think it works... Shh, I'm hunting Ruskies.

HI, I'm the other guy in Tom's photo's. Heath
As Tom was saying, this is the first time out in our FJ impressions. These are still "works in progress". We have a long way to go.
But it was fun to start breaking things in.
Better impression photo's to follow in time.
Regards,
-Heath Heinz Schemmel
