I will just be coming back from a big ski trip in Canada on the 19th so it's a stretch for me to make this one as well. I will also see what I can do. I would love to go and help represent WW2AA if I can.

Trying to see if I can make this one. Problem is I will be in Florida from the 12th to the 19th, so to go away AGAIN the very next weekend will be rough. See what I can do. Ray, I have some pictures from the 2007 BOB event I'll email to you. In fact I have tons of pictures from mostly all of our events, so if anyone wants them, PM me your email and requests and I'll send them to you. Migs I got your e-mail with the pictures! Thanks man! I'll go through them and upload any that I don't already have. I also have the entire video footage from the Gap game and the first Battle of the Bulge game in Amsterdam when we FJ all wore incorrect jump smocks! Good times!

Harris field is an amazing field. This will be my 2nd Harris field DDay coming up. I should have 2-5 Germans with me. We will probably be a heavy defensive squad (1-2 Mg 42's a panzerfaust and Alias scenario launcher)

Hey y’all, I was thrilled to discover that we currently have 100 airsofters on the roll calls ( Allies & Axis) for D-Day 2014 with almost three weeks left to go before startex! That ain’t bad for a Maine event. We have many shocking surprises in store for you at this op. Our on-field CQB area, known as The Compound, has been revised and expanded. Please sign up now if you haven’t already so that we’ll have a lunch prepared for you at no extra cost beyond the $10 admission. You may message me or post below. Thanks!

One last update before the event! We have three spots left in our vehicle for any German WW2AA member wishing to hitch a ride with us to the event. So far we are have five guys riding down together!
We are leaving between 6:00pm and 7:00pm EST from a meeting point in Schoharie New York.
However, I have space to pick one more person up in Albany New York on my way to the meeting point in Schoharie New York. In total we have three spots left to take people to the event and back again to the meeting point.
If you would like to attend, you need to contact me via personal message here on the forums and make arrangements by the 20th of April! I check my personal messages everyday just about! It is best to leave me a phone number that I can call you directly or text you directly! Additional information: We have booked a hotel room nearby the field that we all will be staying in on the 25th! It isn’t much but it is a warm place to sleep before game day! The more people that we have ride together the less going to the event will cost! So far with five guys our immediate cost is $50.00 for gas, hotel and event entry.

BIG THANKS to Raimund for sharing his knowledge so that we’ll have a few more props for game day: youtu.be/G93YdRy0PrIHAHA!! I think you did a good job with these prop wire traps!!!! I think this kind of prop quality is... at least what I have and some of my fellow 1st FJ have come to expect from the WW2AA community; but they can speak for themselves, and I'm glad you tipped your hat to us collectively in doing some cool props such as the mine posts and these quality wire traps!!! I know these props may seem like a very little value added against the backdrop of 50 acres of field... but I assure you people will talk about the cool props for years to come!!!! I know I will. Thanks!

It sounds like it will be a great turnout for this event I will be bringing several exhibit pieces from my collection for the event which includes a WW2 tent set up the way they would have it in the field along with a demonstration on how the GI would have prepared a meal in the field during that era. I have several other exhibits and others I'll be working on thank you again for inviting Obergefreiter Raimund and I to represent the WW2AA committee.

Hi, I'm considering coming to your event. Unfortunately I won't be able to make this. My dad will be visiting me that weekend. I will just be coming back from a big ski trip in Canada on the 19th so it's a stretch for me to make this one as well. I will also see what I can do. I would love to go and help represent WW2AA if I can. Hello Jerry-ADK, I’m just checking in to find out whether you can make it. We’re preparing on-field lunches based on those who’ve signed up on the roll call threads ( Germany & Allies), and we wouldn’t want you to miss out. The lunch sign-up deadline is this Thursday at 22:00. Please reply to let me know. I’ll shoot you a PM as well. Appreciatively, O
