uhh, well, measure your chest...since skinny is subjective, probably the size that is the equivalent of your chest size...

When looking at tunics, most sites have sizing charts for their products. These will require you to measure areas such as your chest, arms, etc. Use the results to find what best fits you. If the site doesn't have a chart listed, use sizing charts from other reenacting vendor sites to pick your size. It may not match up perfectly, but usually they are very close. To measure, use a fabric ruler which can be bought at most any fabric or sewing store. Otherwise, use a string to measure yourself. Then lay the string down so it sits straight and measure how long it is. As said above, the chest measurement is usually what the size revolves around. If you have, for example a 42" chest size, and they have a size that has a 42" chest, you may want to order the size up to avoid a super tight fit. Hope this helps!

If you're young size larger than your actual measurements to facilitate growth and the inevitable expansion that comes with age. Baggy is still wearable, too tight is not.

You also have to look out for your arm length. I am slim as well but I am almost 6', and I have longer than average arms. I usually have to order a size larger tunic/jacket so the sleeves aren't too short. If you're young, do as 2ndBat says and order a bit larger, you'll grow into it. Depending on how young you are, you may be able to get a bearing on how big you'll grow fully by looking at your parents. I'm not growing any taller, and my clothes sizes are pretty much interchangeable with my fathers. Could help you down the road not needing to get another uniform because you just outgrew your last set.
