Hi all, Cyma realised a series of Shotgun based on the Double Eagle system with 3 shots bbs ! between 50 and 100 $, full abs or metal. Good compromise to make a WW2 style Shotgun . www.airsoft-entrepot.fr/catalogsearch/result/?q=Cyma+CM35The mine "out of box" short version ! After paintjob ! Ready for Jap Hunting !

I too was going to suggest the addition of the heat shield and bayonet lug but obviously you were way head of me. How did you secure or fabricate and install those additional components? With those parts in place it is very impressive.

So for the base gun, IMA parts, shipping and some TLC on your part you have a really cool and skirmishable gun for under $200.00. Nice job! It really came out top drawer.

These springer shotguns (if you get the right ones) are hard shooting springers and by their natural pump action can put out a really impressive rate of aimed fire. They really are about as competitive as you're going to get with a springer!

Hi lads, quick question. What did you use to stain/varnish the stock and fore grip. I have a similar shotgun that I'll like to convert to a trenchgun. Thanks, brian

Here is small Tuto, has the reach of everybody, I am far from being an artist! I spent a blow of brown spray in light veil, paint for textiles on the "woodwork", then veins drawn slightly in the sandpaper, the black liquid shoe polish immediately followed all at once by cloth, the whole in the sense of the wood. Paint metal ironworks for the parts "metal", similar in light veil! Black liquid shoe polish on the trapdoor of ejection. Incolore varnish after. Thanks Reverso !

Credible faux wood effects are as easy as ZAM suggests and are capable of very convincing effects (as seen in the pictures). There are a variety of approaches and shades that can be achieved. The use of high grit sandpaper to create the grain followed by a wiped on wash of black acrylic paint or liquid shoepolish is easy and quite durable. Once your "look" is created as stated by Zam be sure to overspray it with a clearcoat to protect the finish. This clearcoat can be gloss, semi gloss, satin finish or dull coat depending what you want your wood finish to look like. For military rifle stocks I prefer a satin or dull coat finish rather than gloss.
