Maybe a far fetch considering that they are rare, but I'm looking for a CAW/Mosquito Molds M1928/A1 Thompson if anyone would be willing to sell theirs, either just the kit itself (the top receiver and barrel) or a complete gun.
If you are serious, then you are in luck. I have exactly what you are looking for (and, quite honestly, there are only a handful of these guns made that deployed not only the MM 1928 metal upper receiver with finned barrel and Cutts compensator but the CAW wood furniture as well.
My MM/CAW (which started life as a TM M1A1 purchased new from RW many moons ago) goes one step further inasmuch as it's the ONLY (known) '28 CAW/MM that operates via the Polarstar system (see/contact Rudy H. at Bingo for the work that went into this masterpiece (and that is truly what this gorgeous piece is).
Looks, authenticity and, incredible performance walk hand in hand with this build. It's a show-stopper!
If you are interested and want details, price, etc., PM me. But please note beforehand: no fire-sale here and while I will not gouge neither will I take any loss on what I paid to gather and have professionally built this superlative gun (not to mention or include the time it took for me to gather and acquire the individual components).

Den Trinity airsoft had some Mosquito Molds M1928 Metal Frame Conversion Kit For Marui Thompson M1A1 in stock two weeks ago, but it sold out. They still have the 1928 wood kit, so after whomever buys saimon metal kit they can get the wood from Den Trinity
Wow - first time I've seen that in a very long time! And I thought I paid another for it (recall it was around $250 back then)! It really is a beautiful kit though and transforms the Marui Thompson to another level.
Im considering bringing back a conversion kit for the Thompson (similar to the mosquito mold) to market. But in order to do so i'd need a large enough customer base to justify spending the money to make it. If you're interested please reply and let me know your thoughts.
Dracul: It looks like it lost a lot of steam and I now feel bad for randomly dropping off.

stuka: I mean it's not your fault. It is interesting though that things are falling off as we are finally getting our ww2 guns with the type 38/96 and the enfield as well as it recieving a new loading system, it's kind of unfortunate

Dracul: I don't know, maybe its because all the guns are becoming available, there is a decreasing need for the forums.

Dracul: Most of the talk was about making guns, as all the uniform info was already out there, but now the weapons are out there and are usually decent quality.

stuka: well the forum is and should still be useful for updates on guns, creating groups/events and building kits

Cpl. Hicks: I haven't been here in years, but I'm glad to see this forum is still kicking! So much great info on here.

savoy6: anyone know if anyone still carries the enfield?

Dracul: I think Redwolf has a Enfield. If not or not longer, then not until G&G releases theirs. The old gas Iron Airsoft brand SMLE isn't carried by anyone anymore and was such piece of crap. Not worth trying to track one down.
