How cool is that? I'd love to find a bunch of folding Army tables as they are both functional at events and help create that ambiance we all love. Nice finds.

Finally got the mounts attached and screwed into the receiver. Heating the rings to fit over the disassembled empty scope tube was a lovely pain in the ass. Good polish of the barrel, little hop up work, and sealing some things up and I can get 80-90yrd effective range on a calm day. Now to just finish my loadout.

I've wanted one for a while but they were like $100 at surplus stores and online. I just couldn't see spending that much for a crappy little plywood table. $20 however is great... 10 minutes later I found the chairs and they were exactly what I had been looking for for a while. I figured wooden makes more sense for wartime, but folding wooden chairs are hard to find. $5 for actual period ones is better then Walmart anyday.

Adler69 - Looks like a great find. You sure have a nose for deals. Here is my latest. I posted this somewhere before but it has been all worked over and is itching to debut later this month at the Ft. McCoy event. My 38' Ford prime mover. I threw in a third shot of the back of the truck as I really like how this part turned out.

Hairy Apple, saw your post above and yes, you got a great deal on those chairs. They're getting harder and harder to find and to get them for $5 is a great deal. Heck, to get them at all is good.

EJ , that is a beautiful vehicle. Now you'll guys will be pissed at me , i found a pair of HBT tops , an early model with the metal 13 star buttons ( but missing the pockets ) and a later model with the plastic buttons at a Goodwill store , paid a total of around $5 for both of them , they had them in the shirts section for $1.99 each , i looked for the trousers but didn't find any

I'm just glad we're two thousand miles apart and you're not anywhere near the antique or Goodwill stores around here. There would be nothing left.

I got a M1909 .30 Cal ammo can today, on the markings, I dont understand what "linked blank" is. I'm guessing that it's a blank ammo box because it says blank on it. Sorry for the bad picture, this was the best one out of them all

Sorry for the bad picture, this was the best one out of them all That's exactly what that is for Blanks for a .30 cal MG , it could be a Vietnam Era ammo can , try posting a photo of the can , it also depends on how the blank was crimped , that will tell you if the blanks where WWII or Vietnam Era.

Nothing super awesome. Traded a gas can that I will never use in airsoft reenacting for this. I have a Splinter zelt and another Tan zelt which will make this quite the little shelter at the next event.
