I used the same midget spares on a pack 75 howitzer I made and they worked great.
As for the use of PVC pipe (or ABS for that matter) Vastly over engineer your weapon using pipe whose PSI requirement are far greater then anything you could possibly produce. If you don't know how to calculate it don't take on the project. Even if your design works great on initial testing realize that at each firing the stresses build up in the material and reduce it tolerances. Also weather and age will impede the material strength. High pressure is extremely dangerous and any effective propulsion system (Gas or powder enduced) involves pressure. Be careful out there. These things can be quite safe if done well and quite danegrous if they are not.

Also, PVC becomes brittle fast below 32 degrees F. NEVER use PVC to build a CO2 expansion chamber, NEVER EVER - it could blow your hand off.

Black pipe or gas pipe works well as an expansion chamber as long as you don't have a WP over 600PSI. I trust PVC pressure pipe up to about the rainbird level of 140-150 PSI using regular air.

A Co2 cartridge release pressure equal to 600 PSI so it is potentially quite dangerous if not used properly in a launcher.

you are correct but when you go from a 12 gram to a pipe expansion chamber that is much larger than the space in the 12 gram it loses alot of pressure. I should just say. Please no one build something that you know nothing about. You can get hurt badly and or killed with these things.

Why thank you! It's certainly not an 'accurate' representation of a PAK, but it works

Why thank you! It's certainly not an 'accurate' representation of a PAK, but it works By "works" do you mean it shoots a projectile. That would be icing on the cake. It is a darn fine looking prop as far as I'm concerned. You should be proud to field it.

Some of the props used in our latest game: ww2aa.proboards45.com/index.cgi?board=Region&action=display&thread=1194841543(linked to my other thread, so i donĀ“t need to post everything over again.) *Field telephones with wire. (working) *Mortar. *French made_in German use 2 barrel AA gun. *US Bazooka. A nebelwerfer has been used on other games, but was left behind/not used this time. Sandbags can be put to use too, if we have the time to fill and deploy them.
