I am curious which 1911 you guys would suggest? I like the new westernarms because they are much cheaper but the mags are very pricey. What about the ksc? Or the old KJW? What about the new TM? Does anyone have a preference?

And I found that either marushin or maruzen are going to release one as well, does anyone here have a preference?

Hey heres my 2 cents. I was dead set on buying a WA 1911 for summer and wanted the classic government model w/out hop-up. Now that TM is releasing one for a similar price and power range (I think), I will wait for it especially because I can also have hop-up then. As a side note the TM appears to hold a whopping 5 more bb's ;D I am pretty sure I will get it so I will post if I my 1911 dreams crash and burn.

Going by what the P226 and Hicappa have been like, I think this is going to whoop all the WA guns hands down (i've seen Hicapps get kills at 40m), sure it'll feel plasticy and light. But I would think that G&P will bring out a cheapish metal frame and slide shortly.

UHC 1911 .45 springer. I have it it has worked flawlessly in many many many many backyard wars and dryfiring. It still works. I use it.

So it's a good, reliable gun then right? Worth buying Ok, this thread is kinda dead, but if you MUST know, yes, the UHC is one of the greatest cheap spring guns ever, buy now, only $20, and don't bring threads back to life like your Jesus.
