Hey guys, I need some info on the Tanaka luger(duh). I need some of the rumors and such about the gun cleared up for me.
While at a WW2 airsoft game a few mouths ago(cant think of the date off the top of my head) there was a man with a Tanaka Luger. He told me about how the mag that the gun came with broke after only a few weeks after buying the gun. After the mag broke he went and purchased a snail mag. Wich he said was giveing him no trouble.
So do the normal mags tend to brake? Or do the mags that come with the gun and only with the gun tend to brake? Or did he just get a bad mag and this dose not happen often?
Thanks for any help, RB

my luger mag never broke.... and then I traded the gun. The gun never gave me any trouble, just be sure not to jam in the mag without the gun cocked. ;D

Yeah, I have that Luger now. I used it yesterday at the Battle of the Bulge event and she performed absolutely outstanding. Took out a German sniper that was out for me (I was the American CO). Sounds to me that the mag broke due to operator error

the mag will beak if you fire the gun, and its not inserted all the way, the tanaka luger it not the toughest gun out there, it wont last long handled roughly or with green gas. -Gordak

I received my Tanaka 4 inch Luger with 2 extra mags this morning - I may replace the grips for wooden ones at a later date.
I need to get a brown P08 holster - any recommended suppliers?

You might be able to get one from Capt. Zak. I bought a P38 holster from him. The leather Quality is the best!

Why would you want a brown one? All the real ones I've seen were at one time black but are worn out and turn brown...
But yes Capt. Zaks are NICE!!!!! Well worth the price.
