Soldiers! Youve bravely fought through Anzio, Dragoon, Falaise Gap and most of France! Now is the Time to enter Germany! to push the hun back where he came from! Soldaten! You have fought your hardest to hold the enemy back, though you have disappointed the vaterland and der fuhrer! You must hold the allied horde and prevent them from entering Deutschland! our homeland!! Objectives for allies: 1.) Allied safety, weapons and mission briefing 2.) Set up camp 3.) Plan route 4.) plan time of crossing Germans: 1.) briefing for safety, weapons and authenticity 2.) taken to island to set up positions and camp 3.) Defend Der Vaterland at all costs!! Event details: October 5th and 6th, in Lake Villa, IL. The water?...its only 3-4ft deep, if you want to jump in and walk to the island you can! (stay in the boat unless you want wet gear) Franz

Where would this be held? I'm just curious to know where you guys are thinking about holding this so I can plan accordingly.
The Rhine crossing sounds like an excellent idea!

Woohoo I am commander! time to bust out the Patton speech and to slap a soldier! JK lol. I have a motor boat... ok so its not so period looking its safer and drier to cross with. I also have a canoe to we might be able to use. The boat we could load maybe.... 6 guys on with gear. any 30 cals we could mount to the front? lol I can even usher the Germans to the Island... I can't promise i will take you back though lmao.
