Hey I was just wondering if this camo could pass as a substitute for US army/USMC camo. I know the cloth, pockets, etc is all different, but would it work for a quick, low budget loadout?

I would say no. The shapes in the pattern are ok, but the colors are too different.

The colors are generally too dark. Dudeman, what impression are you going for, 2nd Armored?

I'm not really looking for anything in specific at the moment, as I have no money. But I just wanted to see what options were available in terms of cutting cost as this set of camo goes for $50 as opposed to ~$120 at ATF.

rember the light in wich the pics are taken makes a diffarnce on the looks so you probley should compare it to a couple more pics.

The colors are way off because that is Auscam , a completely different camo pattern and color from ETO camo.

And those uniforms were only used by a few units for a limited amount of time.

Honestly depending on your side, you can pick up wools for cheaper than that. I got all my wool items for 5-20 dollars each
