Their is a great web site for plastic casts of all sorts of world war 2 guns. You can get the casts in unbuilt units perfect for building AEGs. Go to cushmanpaintball.com/replicaspage.html (i know it says paintball but ignor the name) They arn't perfect but they are close. With a little work they would make a great AEG. Here are a list of a few diffrent guns on the axis side:
FG-42, MG-42, MG-34, MP40, MP41, and MG-15.
and here are some allies guns:
Browning .30 cal/M1919, Browning .50 cal, BAR hooded and open sight, and Lewis gun

Problem with these is that they are a very soft vacuform of an original. The corners are not too sharp and the details are lost. Good at a distance, but up close, not so much. Not bad to use if in a pinch, though.
