M249 mag to .30 cal/m14 magwell

I really hated how hard the feed tube was to get into the magwell of the 1919 quickly.....



....so I did a little hillbilly fabing tonight. I took an m14 mag and chopped it in half, then slit the sides. I then dremeled out the bb tube so the spring tube would fit inside of the mag. Next I glued the little threaded thing that came with the m249 mag to the m14 mag. Threaded the spring tube inside the mag and it's done. That way, once I get a m14 mag catch, the magazine will load just like any m14 mag into the magwell of the .30 cal.

What, like I would search this kind of thing on youtube? I have not the capabilities nor the interest do do this, so (naturally) I applaud those who do. So I must say good day to you sir!

I got ya on the youtube thing now. I didn't know it had already been done. Whatever, not the big of a deal, I just thought I'd share what I did. Figured some other people had to have the same frustrations I did with the way a Airsharp .30 feeds.
