Hello everyone, this is piper 318 (Mark Austin) up here in Milford, NH I have been attending WWII and Viet-Nam immersion event games in Connecticut and New York for 2 years now. And have also been hosting Airsoft events here at feel good farm. I am pleased to announce that feel good farm a leading AirSoft Field in the northeast will be hosting its first WWII AirSoft immersion event. And has well over 500 acres of land for recreation and is one of the best places in the northeast to play AirSoft. I look forward to hosting this game and seeing everyone there. Signed piper
BATTLE HISTORY
On 6 June, 1944, D-Day, Easy 506th fought one of its most important battles. In a field between Le Grand Chemin and the Brecourt Manor house, was a man made ditch lined with trees. Spaced at intervals along that ditch, were three German artillery pieces, sited on the shoreline of Utah Beach near Exit two, over five miles distant. Another gun was set off to the west a short distance left of the far end of the tree line and was facing west (opposite direction of the beach). The big German guns were facing out the opposite side of the tree line, toward the coast. Easy began its attack from the distance, knocking out the first two guns then working south. The enemy artillery crews were protected by a platoon of German infantry, who had set up several MG42 positions. Fighting was close and furious, and proved to be an instructive baptism of fire for the members of Easy Co. who took part. About a dozen soldiers were decorated for this crucial action, which no doubt saved many American lives among the seaborne forces landing at Normandy beaches.

**French resistance or villager**
If you do not have an impression as this scenario will take place on "French soil", period looking civilian clothing portraying the French resistance. and French villagers' will be accepted Note there will be a limited number of these positions available just mention with your registration if you would like to be a French resistance fighter, or a villager you will receive an information packet a month before the game that will explain your role in detail
Here are some examples of period clothing from previous events
A Frenchwoman of this time period may look like this.
We will be using (Troy De Young) Wound/Casualty Card System
When you are Wounded
Take your hit, remove your helmet to signify you are out of action and take out the card from your first aid pouch.
First off, you are either fully aware that you are hurt or you are knocked out cold. In the former situation you can scream your head off for medic, maybe crawl around a little bit, etc. In the latter the most you can do is some small groans, moans, or coughing.
You are Injured
Secondly, there are three levels of aid that you may require: Buddy Aid, Medic, or Aid Station.
1.Buddy Aid:
If one of your fellow reenactors (friend or foe) decides to help you, that is all that is required.
2.Medic:
A medic is required in order to return you to the battle
3.Aid Station:
You must be evacuated to an aid station by a medic to regroup before you are allowed back in the battle.
Note that in my system, I wanted to provide maximum incentive for reenactors to stop and help out their wounded.
When Someone Else Takes a Hit
It’s in your best interests (i.e. more firepower) to go help them. All you need to do is take a look at their wound card. If it says “buddy aid” then help them to their feet, grab their rifle for ‘em, and watch their back as you both reenter the battle
When Your Card Says “Dead”
Sorry, You are Dead
You have two options:
•Play Dead
•Scream and carry-on about some obviously mortal wound with the false hope that an aidman might evacuate you to a field hospital
Not an option:
•Talk, move disruptively. (wait for the battle to move past you, then walk to the rear or aid station)
Second “hit”
The battle must end at some point. When you’ve been hit 2 times (or you don’t have a wound card at all) then you are “dead.” (see above for your options).

Hello everyone,
One month to go, it is hard to believe after five months of planning this event will be upon us. I hope and trust everyone is making their preparations I have been going up to the farm after work and on Saturdays getting things ready and everything is shaping up great. Plan on arriving Friday by 5:00 pm because we have a lot of exciting and fun things planned for that evening some examples are for the U.S. side will be a platoon inspection, a chow call, mail call, missions briefing, and then some patrols. Along with some other surprises. And of course for the Germans side your Friday evening will be busy with gun emplacements, patrols, interrogations, mess call, and of course relaxing at the French cafe. You definitely don't want to miss Friday. For you new recruits I will suggest some things that you might not think of to bring, a mess tin, a canteen cup for Saturday morning GI coffee, a small flashlight, some bug spray. For the U.S. side a GI pup tent, some sort of ground cloth, sleeping bag, an inflatable pillow from Walmart, these things make life a bit more comfortable for the GI. Feel good farm has many great amenities there will be plenty of parking, I will have a couple of extra tents set up in the modern camping area if needed, there is a private building for changing into your uniform if needed, and there is electricity on site. And plenty of bathrooms for both Germans and the U.S. side, kinda comes in handy at midnight. Each participant will receive a welcome packet when you check in You may check in and register From 12:00 noon on Friday I look forward to seeing each and every one there. PS, Sunday, June 6 is a regular AirSoft day at the farm, For those of you who would like to stay over and play that day in uniform are welcome to do so at no cost A $20.00 value there is a lunch served for $5.00 extra if we have enough Allied and German players we can take on the modern airsofters.
Signed piper
I will be editing this post daily so check back often for more updates.
