I got an original on eBay for $15 another one I got for $30. I also have seen them at gun shows for $20. If you want repro though I am not sure. I would skip it and buy something more useful, if your just starting, as they weren't used all that much. Mine sits in a box most of the time.

I agree that you can probably find a good original for about the same amount of money or perhaps a little less. We design our scenarios so a backpack is pretty much essential as we operate our events so the troops remain fielded for a long enough stretch that they will need something like a day pack to haul needed items.
It adds so much to the overall look in my opinion when folks are all kitted up.
