A partisan outfit is pretty easy to put together for not much in price.
For pants, a pair of brown Dickies canvas pants will work just fine (Just remove all logos). If you're sewing inclined, you can sew on buttons for suspenders. If not, clip on suspenders will also work fine. Or you can wear a belt with a plain buckle.
Any long sleeve button-up shirt would work fine (green, brown or grey colors are best, but if you're bold, white works too), as long as it is plain in color with no pattern.
Boots, wear whatever you'd wear to a modern game, but if you have an old pair of Doc Martens, those work best.
Hat, a fedora or old timey floppy golf hat works great. No hat is needed per se, but it does help complete the look.
Suits, if you really want to look dapper, pick up an old styled suit from a vintage store. You'll look great. If you don't want to go the suit route, a vest over your shirt also looks neat.
If you're smart and put in an afternoon's worth of effort, you can get all this for less than $50.
