i don't have a facebook, saw it perfectly fine.
Im not too surprised ARES made that thing blowback, considering their PPSH was blowback. It will add to the realism, but it kinda irks me how it doesn't go all the way back.
Regardless, its a great find, thanks for posting!

I dislike the hop up chamber, like all the other tommy guns, I wish they could have covered it with a fake bolt or something. But besides that I think it looks grand.

Looks very nice! I too am not fond of the visible hop chamber. Doesn't bother me that much though. Still it looks very nice!

Well I was thinking the price was going to be a little less than $300 but because of blowback $400;(

Where did you see it was $400? I don't think it has anything to do with blowback because both the PPSH41 and the Grease gun were blow back. They were also both under $300.

No I was guesstimating the Grease Gun was a little less than $300 and the PPSh is $385, so I'm guessing that this will be about the same as the PPSh depending on if it has real or fake wood. Blowback is an expensive add on I assume. If you found the PPSh for under $300 please tell me where you found it. I've seen one on ehobbyshop Asia on sale for $200 but $80 shipping, but sales don't last forever.

This is the first airsoft M1928 Thompson with the right bolt! All the others were just the M1A1 Thompson with a pistol grip.

Actually there was only one "other" thompson, made by CYMA, which like you said had the wrong receiver and all. Yep this will be the first correct one. There was a kit sold a while back that gave you the right receiver, barrel, and stock made by SAW though.

CAW is the company you are talking about and they just re released the kits but between the wood kit and the metal kit its just over 600 in just kits! Thus why im waiting for the ares which will hopefully be around the 4-500 range for the full gun but we shall see.
