I've looked the site over and like it a lot. Testing new guns and letting us know what is good and bad about them. Giving information on aging, distressing equipment is really good too. There are some fellows who are wizards and coming up with ways to improve or improvize avaliable guns.
After saying all that here is my statement and then question. I have been stuying the feasiblity of recreating a 1942-44 Army motorcycle. Not the Harley (which has been done to death) but the lesser known Simplex Servi-cycle. The Army referred to the Simplex as a bicycle/motorcycle. I have several photographs of officers riding these motorized bikes. I would like to recreate this bike as close to an Army bike as possible.
My question is. Is there a forum in here to discuss such a thing and would this presentation of the recreation of this bike even be welcome?

If I were posting about this I would put the thread in the WWII Radio Shack Forum: ww2aa.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=generalLooking forward to hearing about your progress, and Welcome!
