recently Smart Team better known as ST have made a legal agreement with ares that ST can clone their products, recently the g36, ppsh and a handful more have been cloned. These clones have been inexpensive and reliable, thus if these guns actually come out I would buy mags from Shooter (the accessory branch of Ares) and buy the ST gun.

Yes, I think that's a mistake on the picture, the 1928 and m1a1 are still under construction.

Its confirmed, I emailed their Site And got this back- Matthew,
Thanks so much for your kind words, It’s always great to hear from people who truly enjoy our product. I know ARES likes being able to provide the WWII replicas to players like yourselves, and plan to make several more “classic line” guns.
Best Regards,

Btw i emailed them thanking them for their classic line and stuff, and gave suggestions like a kar98 Lee enfield no.4 And some other guns xD

Once they come out, I'm gonna get all of 'em. Ares puts out some top quality stuff, these should all be excellent guns. Ares deserves a huge thank you from all of us just for attempting to put out what we've needed all along. (Just hope we aren't holding our breaths for another false call by a manufacturer. Ares does well, so this shouldn't be an issue. Just beware of the possible downside, just because it says "coming soon" doesn't mean that we'll ever see it. Let's just hope that's not the case this time.)

BAD NEWS It was just confirmed by an undisclosed source at ZSHOT that the M-1 Garand will be a GBB rifle. I would assume the Carbine will be also.

GBB rifles? pity. Lets hope they won't be as poorly made as the marushin guns, at least.

Anyone else notice the picture of the Mosin Nagant has the straight bolt even though there is a scope mounted? I wonder if they don't have a curved bolt done yet or if they completely overlooked that small but important detail when making these.....

Well, GBB is okay as long as they do it right. It better shoot 6mm BBs, hold gas, be made of high-quality metal (steel would be nice), have high quality wood, good accuracy and FPS, and run on green gas/propane. If it is a marushin copy I won't be buying it. It has to stay together for more than 400-500 shots.

I don't think it needs to be all steel. Certain parts that need to take a lot of stress should be but not all the metal parts.
