Hi all,
My fuse has died. Anyone know where and how to access the fuse box on the AGM mp44?
Thanks, Graham

I didn't know the AGM MP44 has a fuse. I don't think mine does.

really? (WOW, I feel like a huge idiot now) Then what would the problem be? When I pull the trigger, it makes a clacking sound. The same with my MP40, and I heard that meant the fuse.

Could be your battery if it's happening to both guns? (If using the same battery of course.)
Or something internally is busted.

My TM Thompson had a bad fuse and there was no response at all. So you shouldn't hear any noise if it was a bad fuse. The AGM MP44 doesn't have a fuse though. If the battery is dead you shouldn't hear anything either. It sounds like your gears are stuck maybe.

My CYMA Garand had a bad fuse and you could hear a kind of clacking noise, I fixed it and it is fine.
But I'm guessing it's a really crappy battery, when I only had the stock battery for my Garand (the one that came with it) you couldn't shoot quickly in semi-auto because it would jam, and you would hear the same clacking noise as what happened with the fuse. Once the battery decided to become Guy on a short bused (it was the only battery I owned for nearly a year since I wasn't into airsoft) I threw it out and bought a new one.
Do you only have one battery? If so try it on both your MP40 and MP44, then if it does the same thing it is the battery. That is exactly what happened to me

Yes, I am 100% sure it is the battery. Especially if it happened when firing in semi auto. The battery is the crappy one that came with the weapons when you bought them I assume ?

Do you know the manifactuer? Or what it looks like? Most of the cheap "entry level" ones are either yellow or black, and have maybe a sticker or crappy etching on them. But maybe the battery is just old, or was very low on charge. Then when you charge it, it should work fine.

whadda ya know! It was the battery! The 40 is fine now, too. Now, to charge the stick type for the 44(i charged my normal type) Thank you soooo very much for the help, even though it was a novice question!
