I would think the D-Day pathfinders would have all worn the m42 jumpsuits with the OD camo painted on, as that is what they have worn in all the photos I've seen. As for weapons, most likely just what any AB soldier would have been issued, m1 Garand (maybe swapped for the m1a1 carbine due to its smaller size) m1a1 Thompson m3 Grease gun m1911a1 as a sidearm m1919 MG for squad fire support and m1918 BAR? (I know some 82nd Div troopers dropped with it but it wasn't issued for the drop, as it was often traded for before or mostly after the drops) not absolutly sure if it was the same case as the 82nd situation*may need clarification

The 82nd ABN Pathfinders wore M43s (But wasn't common) and pretty sure the 101st did too (Was even less common). Your best bet is to go with M42s. As for the weapons, the one's Brownien listed. But the M1918 BAR was only issued to glider troops (still in either ABN Division). But they were often traded or resuplied with them, so it can still work.
