MP-40 Mag pouches do not fit the Asahi MP-40 mags without a little bit of custom work. You need to put another hole further down the strap to accomodate the mags. It seems as if they mags may be a little longer than the real ones, or the pouches were made a little too short. It is an easy fix but some of you may find the info useful. I can't say anything on TOP MP-40 mags.

as i recall, asahi mags should be identical to Real mp40 mags. They are supposed to be tight in the pouch, you might just want to stretch them out before you go an make extra holes in the leather.

Maybe you can supply us with measurements on the pouches and on the mags so we can compare. There are alot of crappy reproductions out there, or bad runs of good repros.
