Ok what do y'all use for your Grenades? I'm not looking for grenades to throw but accurate grenades to use as an accent to my impression.

I've used G&G Mk2s, they look good and contain extra BBs too. If you want something more realistic, you can buy dummy (frequently sold as "de-act") Mk2s for about $15.

Years ago there were some excellent hollow BB holders that replicated US pineapple grenades very nicely. I am not talking about the common cheezy BB holder grenades you see everywhere but some there were well done. I haven't been able to find a current source for them however. Pitty as they were quite nice and relatively cheap ($5.00 or so.) In fact I don't think they were intended as BB holders because as I recall I had to drill out the top of the grenades after you unscrew the spoon cap so BBs could be poured in. these were plastic so they needed the weight. They also needed the outer finish redone for added authenticity. I painted the upper rim yellow and used a dull OD paint for the grenade body.

Ok thanks. Does anyone know of anywhere to get an original inert mkii for under $100?
