A Mat 49 would be a cool airsoft prop for the SE Asia conflict. The VC commonly had them and I got to fire a captured one we had in our arms room along with a lot of other vintage and bizarre weapons. (Sten, Thompson, BAR, Swedish K). As always you present another batch of cool impressions.

Before the MAT49 in 1950, French troops in Asia use MPs like : Sten, MP40,Thompson... Legionnaire 1er BEP, during the RC4 retreat in 1950. NCO with The early 3 parts green béret, US Army Hbt camo vest, USMC P42 camo pants, Pataugas shoes, British Web, MP40 (AGM).
