This long time veteran actor usually played bad guys in Dracula movies, bond thrillers and lord of the rings movies. He was also a British SAS OPERATIVE in WW2 and a close friend of ian Fleming who said in large part he based James Bond on him. He was also a fencing master a musician and by all accounts one of the really most interesting men to walk this earth. RIP CHristopher Lee!

Saruman is dead! Rally the Hobbits! We march on Mordor! OK, couldn't resist that. A great actor. And like so many of his generation an incredible man.

Despite all his roles, this man will always be Dracula to me! Now, that the obvious is out of the way....
Christopher Lee is one of my actors and WWII personalities of all time, and one of my heroes and inspirations. Never seen him in a role that I didn't like, he always was amazing. His work on metal with Rhapsody of Fire is beyond excellent, even after Rhapsody of Fire broke up, he continued working on metal music. There is so much to say about Sir Christopher Lee.
He will be missed dearly.
