Hi fellas! There are several question lingering un my mind (and messing with my sleep at nights!) and I hope you can help me: 1) US hand signals during ww2; i have been able to get Only 'Nam hand signals 2) if the germans were called "Krauts" by GIs (and Jerrys by the Brits), how were the GIs called by the germans? I know that the germans called "Poilus" to the french and "Tommys" to the british, but i can't finde how the americans were called 3) did the Marine Raiders were deployed on the European Front? 4) What would the Devil's Brigade Kitlist might be? 5) no chance to get a ASG/Marushin straight box mag that fit on my M2 carbine? 2ndBat told me that the feeding part is not going to match... 6) Any recomendation on where I might get the DBoys GBB Kar98 bolt assembly? Thanks again for your help guys!

Just off the top of my head, the Marine raiders were strictly a PTO thing. The first battalion was raised on the east coast, then a second raised on the west coast, but they were deployed to the Pacific.
I've seen references to the Germans calling Americans "Amis", but I don't know how accurate or widespread that was.

Hand signals were used but were (and still are) a unit specific thing. Hurry up, halt, get down, enemy sited, move out...the common things are pretty universal and haven't changed. "Amis" is my best guess at how Germans referred to yanks.
