Hi! I'm in Argentina, in the city of bariloche, and it's very difficult to get markers here, and more difficult if they are ww2 replicas, so, looking around I reach this forum, I hope you can help me to find information and to complete my equipment... I'm trying to make a German scharfschutze, o sniper. What do you recommend ? I'm looking for a spring action marker, not gas. Also a mp40 and a pistol for backup... So, here I'm for suggestions! Thanks in advance and congratulations for this big work that you do here.

Your best bet is for a custom conversion combining a VSR style springer and KAR 98 trim. Post a wanted request in the impressions marketplace section. Welcome to the Forum!

shawn... I´m from Chile as well (santiago); getting your hands on "replicas" as we call them over here is a tricky thing, but every now and then something pops up! I recently got myself as payment for some graphic design job, a Dboys Kar98 and a STEN. Over here, you might get (as of last saturday) a STG44 at www.airsofttotal.com (a local store in downtown santiago), a STEN and/or Tommy Gun w/round magazine at www.bigbase.com (another local store, this one on one of the ABC1 neighborhoods) and a few springer Lugers ans P38s at www.rhinoairsoftgear.com... and that is pretty much about it. Airsoft WW2 is kind of a "niche" thing here, but every now and then a MP40 or a MG34 pops up here and there; I´d recomend that you check on Mercadolibre (the chilean faction, not the regular ebay site) Anyway, si prefieres conversar en castellano, escribeme un PM!

I know you do not want gas but the G&G k98 sniper and scope are great. Amazing detail and shoots hard. And the marking on the scope are amazing. Or I would go over the armory section there is alot of ppl there who have build their own K98 sniper rifles and even 1903's.
