The most common issue with WW2 leggings on our corn fed, milk and beer drinking players is that they are usually too small! Yours is an unusual situation. I'll bet you could easily trade a larger size for a smaller size. Leggings ran from size 1 to size 5 with very few larger than size 3. Even size 3s are kind of hard to find. It would be a shame to cut a large size down.
Stalin should have known communism wouldn't work. There were red flags everywhere!"
Mine is a size 3, but the bad part is that there is not smaller sizes avaliable in Brazil, due to the usual kind of people who pratice this hobby here and besides cutting, I could only import a smaller size, but our financial moment does not allow it. So I think I have only one way out, not the best way, as you sr. said "a shame", but... I also could go without the leggings, but I really LOVE that look. Thanks sr.
Well, if you didn't want to cut them for the sake of possibly trading them in the future you could try to tie them on under your pants and perhaps use tape to tighten them. That way you still have part of them showing but they are more functional.
The picutres here are what it might look like to have the leggings under your pants
stuka: well the forum is and should still be useful for updates on guns, creating groups/events and building kits

Dracul: I think Redwolf has a Enfield. If not or not longer, then not until G&G releases theirs. The old gas Iron Airsoft brand SMLE isn't carried by anyone anymore and was such piece of crap. Not worth trying to track one down.

ajman: I don't think there's gonna be anything in northern New England anytime soon, and as far as I know there hasn't been in a while, but if you're willing to drive to Connecticut there's usually some decent sized battles a couple times a year.

boz: Happy 4th all, despite pandemic! I'm looking for a boneyard S&T Springfield M1903A3 for a beta test on retro conversion to A1 or Mark 1 (WW1) configuration. Pop me a message if you've a broken S&T (or G&G, or Apple Soft) M1903 you wish to unload.
