Farb as you know what! Got mine today and I am regretting spending a darned dime on it. I got fooled to be honest, the first listing on their site showed the wood kit that was under the King Arms brand name, ya know, the one that looked really good. That batch sold out like hot cakes. They got a second stocking and changed the pictures. Now, at this point, I should have known better. The pictures speak for themselves. Once I get to a computer I will upload the pics I took of the abomination I received. If you give a crap about authenticity, stay away from these wood kits!!!!

The pictures will probably tell the story but what specifically are your issues with it?

The butt plate is a thin metal cap held on by one little Phillips head, the pistol grip doesn't even come close to butting up to the frame, and the fore grip slot for the grip mount is too narrow, I can hear it cracking as I put it on. Not to mention the color is horrendous, and it was all dinged up when I opened the package (even though that's not too bothersome as it would eventually end up that way anyway, it's more of the principle). I'll post the pics when I get home from work. I'm not happy at all with the product, I bought it to hopefully spare my real M1 stock (that seriously took me forever to find, all Thompson stocks I found for sale have the reinforcement screw, and the stock cost me $90) from being converted to airsoft use.

Looks like pretty sloppy fit and tolerances but I suspect with a sand down and restain it could be greatly enhanced. For some reason the Asian real wood kits tend to have that same, bad reddish tint.

Yea I'm gonna see what I can do with it... If anything I'm gonna use the fore grip. I'm toying with making my own kits but it's gonna be some time before I really get to do that.
