i.imgur.com/ci6TBKS.jpgUnfortunetly, I have no idea where this was taken but if you zoom in you can see some S&T product codes that show it is from S&T. So what we currently have is, 1903A3, Type 38, M3A1, M1918A2,PPSH 41, MG42 What this poster is saying that they are supposedly planning is a spring Kar98K (Hopefully a magazine design rather than shell eject), a Type 96 Nambu Machine gun (Not sure why but I am not opposed), and what looks like a FG42 at the bottom? Unfortunetly, I can't find any info on this poster, I saw it on Facebook but I can't seem to find more info on S&T's website or google about these new coming airsoft gun. The Kar98k will definitely be a welcome addition (again, that assumes it's magazine fed) and an AEG FG42 will be very cool indeed (unfortunetly it's blocked at the bottom but this company has more AEG's than gas guns so I think it is safe to assume it'd be AEG)

Bottom one definitely looks like a FG42 mark 1. This will be awesome, but, from what I can tell there is no room to fit a AEG cylinder inside of a FG42 receiver (the receiver is just too thin). So we might see some small inaccuracies in regards to actual dimensions. Regarding Kar 98K - I saw some time ago something that looked like a Dboys with better finnish that was marketed under S&T. Shell ejecting still. But will be nice to see something new and better whitg mag.

The Kar98 has ‘Coming Soon’ under it like the Type 96 and FG42. This implies to me that it is a new design, not the shell-ejector they already produce. We may be looking at the explosion of our hobby’s popularity in one picture here.

It was at an airsoft and militaria show in Taiwan last week.

The FG42 is confirmed as GBB upon further examination of a different picture of the poster. I don’t know what S&T’s reputation with GBBRs is, but I guess they realized the impracticality of an entirely new gearbox design for an AEG.

welp, I am not sure how I feel about that. GBB's are generally more expensive for one thing and if they aren't super experienced in GBB's this could go badly. This is the only gbb I can find of theirs that isn't a bolt action and it's all polymer? shop.ehobbyasia.com/s-t-m4-cqb-gbb-rifle-black.html

We shall see but I agree that a GBB won't be so skirmishable. But they do few proprietary GB like the one for PPSH or Tar21 (well main design coming from ARES). I don't believe that any of these is right out of box. It must be an issue with actual dimension of the cylinder and the motor (this is were my project get stuck)

GBB is fine by me, maybe it could be Daytona gun thereafter since Shoei can’t be counted on to do it.

Hype hype hype! Finally budget 98k that is manufactured! How much time do you think it'll take? Should I wait or go for a Mosin M44 (WinGun.)

#1 s&t contracts out, so the GBB internals are being made by someone else. Could guess it’s WE based, it is the most prolific.
#2 Shoei announced they planned to make an FG-42 now... so.

Well - I never saw a Shoei within my dreaming price range (not mentioning the real life). And they will stick with the real steel accuracy - AKA I don't see this coming in an AEG form.

They actually did a recent AEG MG-42, although it’s internals design.... was odd. It had a partial exposed/open GB, just asking for trouble with that
