Man thats a good price. I got mine for 13$ I guess thats a fair price compared to what some go for on eBay.

A friend of my Father in law , who is a Vietnam Vet like him and was a Crew Chief on a HH-3E rescue chopper gave me a STABO rig , the rig was made in country on their base using Cotton Cargo Straps instead of the Nylon ones.

The last week on ebay have gotten me some things for my marine impression. well at the event on Saturday I Jeff brought my tent stuff to me
He brought a 1st pattern WW2 reproduction tent half to go with the other ten half I have. He also brought me a USMC cammo tent half with pegs and stakes. And very soon I will have a WW1 tent half as well

Click , they used a mix of the 51 OTAN helmet and US M1 helmets , specially the Airborne troops , there is a really famous pic of a French Foreign Legion paratrooper officer at Dien Bien Phu , he is wearing an M1 helmet , the new "lizard' camo uniform and has a P08 Luger in a soft holster on his belt and a US "Handy Talky" radio under his arm. I'll look for it after work and posted here.

There's a buy it now Marine WWII Canteen cover on ebay for 40$. I am looking for an Army one though. I got a khaki canteen cup and cover in mint condition for 10$ once but my brother is using it, so now I need one.

Well I got some goodies today. I just got back from buying 2 Early pattern WW2 Strechers and 1 late WW1-early WW2 style Strecher.........all three strechers for only....$100!!! The two on the left are the early WW2 ones, the one on the far right is the WW1 type one. Leg of the far left two Strechers Leg of the far right Strecher Also not pictured are the other two items I bought today, a very very minty perfect condition original 1940 dated Tommy Helmet with original netting, chinstrap and finish for my 41 USMC kit, and a mint early style type 99 Ariska rifle with Imperial symbols and Mum still on it...I paid a grand total of....$150 for both the rifle and helmet!! The type 99 rifle becuase it has all of its original markings including the Imperial symbol and mum, plus it is all matching could fetch a pritty penny...a very pritty penny lol. Plus its an early version.

I found a 1954 dated Canvas repair kit , it's complete with all the stuff you'll need to repair canvas , including a huge piece of canvas , it's about 5'x5'. i might take everything out of it and post pics of the stuff later on tonight or tomorrow.
