Actually both of you are right. The symbol you are trying to make with the capital B (ß)is called the esset. This symbol is the exact same as double S's and for those of u who do not have german keyboards, ss is an apropriate substitute. That is unless you want to copy and paste from a german website or something .

you could just say Deckom, which means "down." In a battle you wouldn't have time to say that whole sentance.

mein gott! anyone really kno german here? im in german 1 in high school and yes, the ß means just as a SS, they are slowly changing the words in germany to have the SS instead. and if u have an englisch keyboard u can use the ß,ä,ü, and ö just go into word, go to insert symbols, and add a short key, mine is ctrl a(ä), ctrl shift a(Ä), ctrl o(ö), ctrl shift o(Ö), ctrl u(ü), ctrl shift u(Ü), and ctrl shift b(ß).
