I read this book too, and Its extreamly well put together. Its immages will burn themseves into your mind, and staya constant reminder to your new better understanding of what it was like to be black in WW2.
It was really a battle on two fronts, Nazi's in Europe and Racists back home.
There is stuff you will not believe, pertainng to massive disrespect to combat vetrans on their return.
There is also a TON of combat, They realized very quickly that their tanks were severly outclassed by the german tanks, but they went in anyway, everytime.
It's one of the "must read" ww2 books.

I don,t know if this is in the right section, However I had a good experience dealing with " AIRSOFT GI' .The follow up spring on my D Boys K98 Mauser, snapped . The had a broken K98 , & pulled the spring, bottom plate, & cartridge carrier , and sent it to me . Now I'm a very happy camper.

What makes you think this is the right section at all??? This is obviously a book review.
seriously... gaah
the section you want is the vendor reviews section under the airsoft and impression market.

If your interested in Brothers in Arms, i would totally suggest playing the Video Games. Mainly BIA: Road to hill thirty and BIA: Hells Highway. Also a new one will be coming out soon that will more than likely take place in the winter at the Battle of the Bulge

Ummm I'm pretty sure this thread is about a book and this book has no relation to the video game since it talks about a African American unit...
