I personally think the Ruger kit is too small. The shot above proves it. Although, if carried by a smaller guy like 29therealpimps, or Spitfire...it might work. But all of the Sgt. Schultz's out there should concider a 1:1 replica. ;D

I would have to say the Yugo MG is they way too go. The only tricky part would be getting the reciever correct. Im sure though if you do some hunting you could come up with a demilled reciver. -Cary

The reciever group is essentilaly just a U shaped channel area under the feed tray. The interior parts from a real gun are of course complex but the outer shape has to be one of the easiest parts on the gun to replicate. getting the AEG components fitted, feed process sorted out and so on is the hard part. The visual finish work using that set of components would be quite easy.
