Hello Men, Sarge Tom here I do a American infantry 2nd Ranger or Big Red One impression and I'm a uniform short of a German uniform I have been into the history and collecting of world war 2 For wow 13 years now , I have been around for a long time I have just strated to use the forum more to keep in touch. I own a M1 Garand,M1 Carbine, and 1911 pistol. I truley Love World war 2 Airsoft hope I didnt bore anyone to much. ;D
Weapons: Springer Thompson, but will be getting a Garand in the summer!!
I love WW2, I just got into WW2 airsoft, I have just started to construct my Uniform and have a long way there. Other hobbies include modding and building anything, computers, hockey, and raqcuetball. I play COD UO, am part of the 106th Clan (SD server if anyone ever wants to come play) I am Mr.Rose on it...
Name: Thomas B. Location: Phoenix Impressions: 327th GIR of the 101st (Normandy and Late war), 2nd rangers D-day, 916th Infantry Heer. Weapons: Shoei MP44 in the mail ;D , real steel M1 Garand Other Hobbies: blank reenacting, golf, creating short films, conventional non-WWII airsoft.
Impressions: I have a original WWII infantry officer's M41 loadout, and a replica Whermarcht NCO loadout. No Airsoft WWII weapons. My static display M1A1 Thompson is a made for screen piece from Saving Private Ryan, and so is my model gun 1911 Gov't .45. I have also a static MP-44.
Airsoft guns: too many to list. Currently none are WWII, but I'm working on it.
Hello My Name is Rick . Many of you know me from ASC, and many of the west coast Canadian Airsoft boards as "CIA Rick". The guy that runs airsoft on Vancouver island BC for the past 5 years.(central Island Airsoft).
-I am new here , but have had an ongoing interest in All aspects of WW2. Both grandfathers served , But one As a Axis's panzer commander , the other as a speacial Ops in the Canadian Royal regiment Allied forces (demolitions).
-I'd like to extend my helping hand for west Canada, in any manner thats is need , whether it be 40acr Field access for WW2 milsims. Or props that can be built . Thanks; Rick out.
Impression: Technical Sergeant from the 2nd Bn, 506th PIR, 101st Abn Div, gear is generic for the Operation Neptune through Operation Market-Garden drops. I can modify it for use with the M1A1 carbine, M1A1 Thompson, or M3A1 Greasegun. It has taken me 4+ years to put this together, and I am STILL looking for that occasional item to make it better.
Airsoft period weaponary:
Marushin 6mm gas M1 Carbine gunsmithed into the folding stock M1A1 version, bayonet lug removed and rear sight replaced with the flip "L" sight (WWII specs) with 5 magazines
Hudson GBB M3A1 Greasegun, only 1 magazine so far
Maruzen GBB PPK, 1 magazine
Non-Airsoft Period weaponary:
Hudson PFC M1A1 Thompson Nongun
Hudson PFC Sten Mk II Nongun
Marushin PFC MP40 Nongun
MGC 1921 Thompson Nongun (have both vertical and horizontal wood forestocks, and "L" Drum and 20 round stick magazines
Marushin Colt 1911 Nongun
MGC PFC P-38 Nongun
MGC PFC P-08, 4" bbl Nongun
MGC P-08 8" Artillary Model with wood stock/holster Nongun
Denix PPK Nongun
I have too many other Airsoft and Nongun models to list here in my collection. PFC stands for Plug Fire Cartidge, a system that uses special caps in dummy "cartridges" to simulate firing.
I retired from the 101st back as a Sergeant First Class (E-7) back in '96 after 20+ years Active Service and currently am employed in the Private Security Sector.
I have been active in Airsoft for about 10 years, and am known in the Community as The Shadow, The_Shadow, or something similar. I am a transplated member of NEASG, NJAOC, am a Moderator on ASC, and also on VAF's forums.

Hey "theShadow" i was thinking about joining the army after high school. i want to be a blackhawk pilot maybe a 160thSoar member. i got a question for ya is the warrent officer below a commisioned officer or equal. Also how is the military life.
The 5 Scariest Things in the Army!
1. A Private saying, "I learned this in basic training..." 2. A Sergeant saying, "Trust me, sir..." 3. A Second Lieutenant saying, "Based on my experience..." 4. A Captain saying, "I was just thinking..." 5. And a Warrant Officer chuckling, "Watch this S@#$..."
One of the founding members of the midwest WWIIAS I'm back!! My new user name is Tanker44 I am also a member of the World War II Historical Reenactment Society U.S. 70th Tank Bat. I'm a driver for one of the weapons carriers and or halftracks. There is about six vehicles in the unit with more additions coming. A fellow unit is the 14th Armored out of Kentucky and they are the only ones with more vehicles. I have been reenacting for over 23 years as a G.I. So now I drive instead of walk. Is there a chance that something like this unit could happen to AS? Give it alittle time, I have just started telling them about WW2AS. So far so good, they are interested in learning more about it. With most reenactors it takes alittle time. I look forward to getting out on the battlefield with you guys again.
Impression: Right now my team does a non-descript modern German uniform (basically Flecktarn with whatever gear) however I would like some of us to put together a WWII outfit, since 5 of us are getting WWII guns.
Tools of the trade: Marushin Kar98K MAXI, KJW Para-Ordinance P14.45
Occupation: Housekeeping at a rehab clinic until the end of summer when I head back for my 3rd year of school
Other hobbies: Camping, hiking, biking, canoeing, drumming, shooting guns, and anything else that involves either being outside, or blowing stuff up
Future Goals: To get myself out of College on time, and to not work a crappy job afterward.
Dracul: It looks like it lost a lot of steam and I now feel bad for randomly dropping off.

stuka: I mean it's not your fault. It is interesting though that things are falling off as we are finally getting our ww2 guns with the type 38/96 and the enfield as well as it recieving a new loading system, it's kind of unfortunate

Dracul: I don't know, maybe its because all the guns are becoming available, there is a decreasing need for the forums.
Jun 16, 2018 16:29:26 GMT -5
Dracul: Most of the talk was about making guns, as all the uniform info was already out there, but now the weapons are out there and are usually decent quality.

stuka: well the forum is and should still be useful for updates on guns, creating groups/events and building kits

Cpl. Hicks: I haven't been here in years, but I'm glad to see this forum is still kicking! So much great info on here.

savoy6: anyone know if anyone still carries the enfield?
Jul 15, 2018 18:47:08 GMT -5
Dracul: I think Redwolf has a Enfield. If not or not longer, then not until G&G releases theirs. The old gas Iron Airsoft brand SMLE isn't carried by anyone anymore and was such piece of crap. Not worth trying to track one down.
