i played a game and cronoed my gun garand only to find out that: a) one type of gas i bout doesnt have the power to cyle the bolt all the way b) the other can of gas shoots it at 311fps. Is this right or am i using the wrong type of gas?

Super powered Green gas, made by GID company. I think it is hfc 134a gas, at least thats what the guys tell me where i buy it.

no that is GREEN Gas, that is not good for your gun, that gas is to powerfull, it will break the seals on the gun if you overgas it, and it is very easy to do so using green gas. Tom's gun had a problem like that after using Green gas in his M1 Garand. Gas was leaking from his gun alittle. He was able to fix it. You should stop using Green gas, order some HFC134a from an online store. www.depot53.com has 134a.
