Oh that's great! My kid loved that show. It really was a good show. George Carlin & Ringo Starr were both conductors on the show. They had some great model train layouts too.

Thats right! But who was the first conductor? George or Ringo? Growing up without cable TV, I rememeber when it was the ONLY thing on TV... I was always expecting he would get straffed by a Jabo, Well atleast now we know what actually happened...

Ringo and Carlin both narrated Thomas the train engine episodes. It was "Shining Time Station" where they both appeared as conductors - and Ringo was first, then Carlin...

I love that picture, good job, but if Thomas was a rail gun, why would the axis try to take him out? (yeah, I know to keep him out of allied hands)

I still have a lunchbox full of the diecast metal ones Poor Toby the Trolly is just a shell of his former self. Literally, his wheels and guts fell out long ago, now he just looks like a house.

ATTENTION! EXTRA, EXTRA! Thomas the Tank Engine Character goes on Rampage! Just before the morning of July 9th, the beloved Thomas the Tank Engine was making his schedualed rounds when a Oberfeldweble (Spl?) knocked the poor locomotive off the tracks, and into the happy turn-table in the sky. Upon hearing the news, Harold the Helicopter was enraged. He flew to the nearest army surplus and got himself ready for war. "I was enraged. I felt like I could just kill, kill, kill. I had to avenge my friend." So as Harold the Helico... I mean Harold the Huey Gunship spotted a Gernam column up ahead. He opend fire. Though hit with 88 flak, he fired his Hellfire missiles until the convoy was a burning inferno. Harold was later brought down over Berlin while trying to put a Stinger through Hitler's kitchen. So long Harold, so long Thomas.

God thats funny, back when I was an avid HO enthusiast my dad and I bought several of the HO scale Tomas the Tanks engine trains. I still even have all the original brio type wooden trains and the die cast ones too.
