It's an AK chest rig. I think it's from his NVA or VietCong Kit if I am not mistaken.

yes, I know. I thought people just refered to them as chichom gear (kinda how theres multicam gear, molle, ect). Back to topic though....jager, was that for any event in particular. kinda seems like a mix n' match setup.

Its called a Chicom because it was manufactured by Chinese Communists. The NVA used it, as did the PLA for several years. His setup was for KP72 (Kitty Paws 72).

The Peacemaker is such a classy side arm, I love the thing, and it is powerful as hell. The preset hop-up works perfectly with .3's which is very heavy for stock. Not only does it shot .3's but it shoots them at 390 fps xD My sa80 shoots at 360 with .23's

Here's a few of my pics, I don't have the correct flak armor for my modern ACU stuff. The irony there is that up to December of 06, I was a Army reserve Captain. I wore the real stuff all the time but never got a photo of me with it. I wish I had now. This is my airsoft rig. And before anyone makes a comment on the weapons, that CA M-4 is exactly like the one I carried when I was doing training with the 1st SF group: Here's my "2001 2nd ID" impression, actually my issued stuff when I was active duty. This was at a match near Mt Rainer, and NO, the bayonet was just for the photo and I didn't take it onto the field! And it's not exactly airsoft, but here's my Spanish-American war "Rough Rider" Captain impression, but without the issued pistol belt (which I now have). This is what I wear when doing cowboy action shoots with real firearms:

P51. The Rough Rider impression is a cool one. Great picture of you and Mt Rainier.
Guiness The Car 15 is a nice addition. I saw Car 15s in Vietnam (never had one myself) I always thought they looked bad ass with the shorty, stubby appearance. By the time I was in country the XM177 had pretty much replaced them in the hands of LRRPs and senior NCOs and Officers. I always thought the stock was fixed on the Car 15 never noticed that it apprently retracted?

i love the look of the car-15 vs. XM177's and m4 (hate those m4's). The stock on the car-15's gotta be the coolest part.

That reminds me, Nimlas, I sent you Vietnam stuff today. I will see about getting you a tracking number tomorrow once it is processed.
Guinness, I am loving the CAR-15. Quick Question, Why am I not rich enough to do WWII and Vietnam?
Answer, I am only 16, haha!

Well really, I have too much money it is kind of scary. I tend to place a lot of it in my account as much as possible. I just really don't have the time for more than one impression, as well as more than one era. Also, the space in my room isn't large enough for all of that. My prc-25 and prc-10, plus my vietnam field gear sets, and uniforms filled my closet to the brim! Also, hello? Grammar police much, I can both?
Back on topic. Great non-WWII airsoft impressions and weapons guys!

That's what I am talkin about! Sweet gear man! I would only like to point out that the gear you have for the East German set-up is known as UTV it wasn't used until VERY late in the cold war and never was issued in quantity. Click Click, This guy, Ed, knows pretty much everything about miltary stuff. I'm lucky I know where he lives and can call him my friend. You talk to this guy, if you need to find stuff out. We were gonna run, as KLMK commandos at the last game but he got called away and my KLMK hasnt come yet. Everything? You sure?
