I am starting a simple Heer impression heres my list of items so far.
M43 Field Cap
M37 Trousers
M42 Tunic
K98 Ammo Pouch's
M38 Gas mask Container
Any thing else I would need. Please keep in mind I am going for simple and cheap.

there are a coupple more things yo need : breadbag y straps jackboots or m42 low boots with gators helmet mess tin bayonet and if you want you could get a zeltbahn

mas r there any gun shows or fle markets near u?? if ur lucky u can pick up a good shell for 150 or less

Yes, 9 SS is right, usually military shows have some cheap shells. Worse case scenario you can try ebay.

Places like IMA and SARCO are selling replica M35 helmets for as low as $60. AND they are already here in the U.S. so it doesn't cost another $30 to get it shipped. The Spanish helmets are not worth the time and money it takes to convert them, so why not just go with a replica.
