I understand there is a local British contingent that is at least tentatively talking about coming. Last year we had a small group of Brits. We also have a very large group of FJs coming as well as Heer and SS. The US Para are obviously the main US contingent although we will need a glider component to bring in the Jeeps and heavy equipment.
The plan by the way is to have three seperate camps for the 3 German groups. As with last year the US group will all be encamped Frid night and Saturday in the training "Sausage" where they will receive squad and platoon training and full mission briefs. There will be platoon missions for completion Saturday night and a company objective for Sunday morning. with an alternative objective on Sunday if time permits. As before troopers dying during the hours of darkness will return to the assigned pick up areas and as soon as there are five of them they shott a flare and get picked up to be re-dropped. On sunday the normal medic rules and casualty collection rules are in effect.

Go bishes I can almost gurantee you a great event if it is even half as good as last year and I suspect it to be better this year as they always improve their events it seems.

CN came all the way from Florida last year. One of the things I enjoy the most about these events is meeting the folks from boards and putting faces together with key strokes.

Sadly the board members here are spread all over the country so any of the events posted here are lucky if they get a dozen participants (from here) Fortunately we have a lot of local folks and other organizations that we draw from. Last year it was so great having folks from Georgia, Colrado, Florida, California and other states around the country. At Long Winter we had the great group fro Wisconisn who hopefully will have some representation at JtD.

..No more for good ol' jump to destiny?!?!?! Youngblood and Deacon are already aware, but I will be attending JTD once again! I will be giving my all as a Medic, considering I was in a motorcycle accident back in September, and had surgery on my leg(sadly I didn't bandage myself up ). I healed up well, and can't wait to fix some soldiers up! -Doc Perez

I'm hoping Austin, (gunny1944) and I get to ride up with you guys, that would make the event that much better. Get some good memories doing small stuff like that.

Last year the drive was long, but we had some really cool moments along the way. JtD was totally worth the drive up. Coming back home took forever though because we were really exhausted, and Eddie pretended like he was sick , and so I had to drive the whole way back... jerk.. Doc Perez

ha, what a stinker! If you want to stop at a good spot to see some future rods, theres two or three HUGE car lots, full of pre '75 cars in Mollala. There was a sweet 'ol '50 merc there once, but it was gone in two days. You would have to leave an hour earlier to be able to see them. Mollala is about 45 minutes out of the way.

Well poop, the 504th didn't jump on D-Day, the 505th, 507th and 508th did for the 82nd. So I guess I will be going as 505th. Oh well, gotta change the helmet insignia. No biggie, its just not as cool as a skull and crossbones!

What a deal, a whole bunch of American prisoners. I can't wait! As for ETA, I can meet you guys at the train station basically whenever. As for registration, I haven't yet. Will probably do it in the next few days. Any idea on when the deadline is for it? Don't want to miss it if it's coming up quick. Look forward to meeting you guys there though!
