im going to build an MP18 out of a WE luger, my idea is to stretch out the barrel move the mag feed to the side i've got to wait a month to get the luger and prbably a few weeks after that to get supplies

Why use a Lugar as a base gun? That does not seem to be a good idea at all to use a Lugar as a base gun for this project. Try an AGM M-14 internals set, that would probably work better. This is the gun your talking about building right?  TommyGunner |

Sounds like a lot of struggle there bud, but if you want to try it, go for it; thats half the fun in custom gun making!

Both guns are MP18's one just is a snail mag version and one a box mag. However way you go, I hope to see it, WWI guns are aren't done much.

i know that i was just saying that an m14 wouldn't work with a snail mag

You could make it using an m14 gearbox or you could make it out of an agm sten. And then just build a snail magazine. I realy don't see how pistol=mp18.
