Hi, kind of an odd topic for a first post, but is there a skirmishable (AEG) Garand for a reasonable price? I started up a WWII airsoft group in my area and I don't want us to turn into the typical all-Thompsons club. I wanted one of 2ndbat's but apparently I came late to that party . I would convert one of my own, but I'm really bad at mechanical stuff. Am I just out of luck?

Hooah Airsoft has availability for two more sold custom orders although that window will probably close quickly. With those two remaining sales I will hit 200 produced sold units which doubles my original goal. I intend to build another six for my own use but will do so as time permits rather than out of need to complete and fill sold orders.
Used ones also come up for sale from time to time and are often quite reasonable. Keep in mind that through the course of my production I have enhanced and improved the quality and authenticity considerably. The latest, vastly supperior, 15 round flush mounted clips being the most significant enhancement

Sounds like someone is hanging their hat on the M1 Garand custom builds, so any of you custom makers like Tommy want to step up to the plate, you could possible pick up where he is leaving off to help the market a lot!

I dont think I could ever take over the market that 2nd bat has come to dominate, I simply does not seem right and I respect him too much to do that. Besides I actually would not be able to start where he left off, infact I would have to start at the begging really lol.

I'm just going to hang it up for a while so I can get caught up and take a little time off. It has literally consumed all my spare time for the past year and a half. I also wanted to be able to ramp up and build a half dozen rental guns for Jump to Destiny and as long as orders were coming in I knew I couldn't do that. There are some additional eenhancements I have in mind as well but need to solidify, test and ramp up for and that will probably take 3 to 4 months.
