EDIT: nevermind badmoon said what i was getting at any way on to the ribeyrolle, it did noy have a pistol grip, a key feature in assualt rifles

Perhaps a bit off-topic, but I've always wondered what the machinegun was on the Biplane in The last Crusade. Could it be? Also why would you use pistol rounds on a biplane MG lol

Also why would you use pistol rounds on a biplane MG lol It's supposed to be a Villar Perosa , but it's actually 2 Beretta 38's upside down. Now why would they have a Villar Perosa instead of a regular MG i don't know , maybe they didn't want to aircraft to look to menacing with a big 'ol MG .

Thats probably why they couldnt shoot down the enemy planes, they got submachine guns instead of MGs. At least the seagulls did the job. XD

Come to think of it, I bet a flock of seagulls are a lot more cost effective then a box of ammunition. Ecologic warfare.

But the tunnel isnt cost effective, but it can be used multiple times.

I've read about this gun. It had a relatively high cycling rate, and the magazines held a total of around 40 rounds (but note they shot simultaniously). It could only maintain fire for a few seconds. very innefective as a sub-machine gun.
