Sadly, I've had to scrap my plans to sell 1903 rifles. Basicly, a bunch of stuff happened and I am in a tight spot of money and don't have the funds needed to build them right now.

I've never made a K98 before so I wouldn't know. They aren't super hard, just time consuming.

Using just the front will make it a much easier build then making an all wood one. Should be cheaper that way too.

I learned a few things along the way and these should be a little better. I will hopefully be buying the handguards, sights, ect this week and can start building in the next week or two. Trying to deside if I want to build them all at once, or string them out over a few weeks and sell them one by one. Either way, I'm looking forward to knocking out a few 1903a3 airsoft guns. I've always liked the Springfield rifles.

I like the springfield rifles a lot also. and what I think you should do is build them over time periods. I'm saying that because you can make them look better by doing so (my opinion). Anyways good luck again!

I find it much better to build several rifles at once. Naturally you have to lay out more capital at one time and that's not always easy to do but you find yourself replicating the same stages of production at it is far more efficient. The materials needed are all laid out and ready, the dremel is set up with the right cutting or sanding tool, the drill has the same bit in place and you're not having to relearn different production stages.
You can often get a price break on cartons of 3 to six of the same base rifle when you order them. I suspect you'd have ready buyers for a couple of the Springfields and I'm always getting inquiries about building them.

Sadly I got delayed by my inablity to go slow on an ATV. I wrecked my bike right after getting the stocks and had to use the money I had set aside for the rest of the parts to fix the bike, however I am almost ready to buy the base rifles and the rest of the 03 parts and start. Hopefully in a few weeks I should have 8 rifles for sale.

how much are you going to sell them for? I want to make one, as I told you in my PMs. I just cant find the parts. I feel like they're right in front of my face too! I'm making mine into an a4.
