i10.photobucket.com/albums/a102/ww2aa/504%202007/IMG_1581.jpg Sicily to Germany 504th PIR impression. Yes I'm on the LEFT in the first photo, don't mind the other people. Only pics I could find. My M1928 sh!tted out, so I had to use an M1A1, and I ditched my 1911 cause it was so cold, but didn't take the mag pouch off.

This is just a reminder the picture posting rules are:
*)No pics width wise longer than 700 pixels the height can be any length.
the reason for this is that, when the pics are long, people with lower resolutions(1025x768) they have to scroll over to see the whole thing, and any message will stretch to the length of the picture. You can simply have a link to your pic.
My father gave me this watch, right before he died...
Yes! I really do have an impression lol! I've been out of airsofting for a while, but this was taken at the first game I've been back to in a long time, earlier this month. Just a little picture of me takin' a break from chasing the Krauts, somewhere outside of Anzio. I'll try and get some better shots at the next game in April.

What do you all think? I just got a bunch of stuff, the pockets are stuffed with real items like smokes, lighter, ID, Note Books, E and E map, K rations, D Rations etc. I like any constructive Critisisim... this picture would more so be based like D-Day before i could drop some of the gear like the gas mask bag and the 2nd bag.
The cool things to notice I purposely did is tie the first aid packet to my ankle i had the web belt first aid kit in my pocket as the 505th packing list prescribes rather then on my belt... i know placement of stuff needs to get better but i did the really fast and without help... you all know that some stuff takes to people to get on right haha. One thing i noticed is id prolly make sure the E-Tool is secured under the medic bag cause that would of made for one uncomfortable landing... another thing i am debating is whether i should wear 1 or 2 canteens as a airborne medic, i have not been able to determine which was the common one.
Adler69's impressive picture of his Marine impression has been moved to the "I'm Workin On It!" thread.
I wanted however to take a moment to again reiterate why, so that no one feels singled out or 'picked on'
His photo was very nice, however the 'Stitch' thread is really here for a higher level of perfection. As can be seen in most all of the images in this section. That is not to say that his work of less quality, but when we see images with modern day vehicles in them (stares at Second to None... ) or very nice images such as Adlers showing he was in a nice hometown parade complete with folks sitting in lawn chairs.........well it kind of takes you out of 'the moment' doesn't it? And that is what the Stitch Knot-See section is all about- showing off all that hard work and attention to detail. We ask, no- we really require that these pictures go that 'extra mile' and are complete, end-to-end efforts.
That is All-

ME NE FREGO. Guns don't kill people , husbands who come home early do. I am here to chew bubble gum and kick ass , and I am all out of bubble gum
Dracul: It looks like it lost a lot of steam and I now feel bad for randomly dropping off.

stuka: I mean it's not your fault. It is interesting though that things are falling off as we are finally getting our ww2 guns with the type 38/96 and the enfield as well as it recieving a new loading system, it's kind of unfortunate

Dracul: I don't know, maybe its because all the guns are becoming available, there is a decreasing need for the forums.

Dracul: Most of the talk was about making guns, as all the uniform info was already out there, but now the weapons are out there and are usually decent quality.

stuka: well the forum is and should still be useful for updates on guns, creating groups/events and building kits

Cpl. Hicks: I haven't been here in years, but I'm glad to see this forum is still kicking! So much great info on here.

savoy6: anyone know if anyone still carries the enfield?
Jul 15, 2018 18:47:08 GMT -5
Dracul: I think Redwolf has a Enfield. If not or not longer, then not until G&G releases theirs. The old gas Iron Airsoft brand SMLE isn't carried by anyone anymore and was such piece of crap. Not worth trying to track one down.
