How common was it, especially towards the end of the war for FJ's to wear just wools? I just read a book and the guy talked about how the Flieger HJ's that wanted to fight went to FJ divisions, and I am wondering if they were just given the basics or were the given the whole she-bang? Also, if anyone has pictures of FJ's with just wools, please post!
Thanks -Ian

FJ's where supposed to fight in just their wools , after landing they where supposed to ditch their Jump Smocks along with their Chutes , but they usually kept their Smocks . Towards the end of the war you do see FJ's fighting in just Wools a lot more.
