Tom, Thanks for the kind words. I do mostly blank reenacting and Living History events, but some AS. In the pic, I am portraying the 90th ID-France '44, but I do many different impressions depending on the scenario.

Sarge12 , a few thing to improve on : Your leggings are on backwards , the hooks go on the outside , try running with them on like you have them in the picand you'll end up on your face.
Your M36 pistol belt is way to high , extend the suspenders and it will fit better , the belt should be at bellybutton level or lower.
The M23 cartridge belt is also placed wrong the buckle should be in front not on your side , also use that instead of your pistol belt if you are going for the rifleman imp
Also you seem to be wearing a Vietnam era combat shirt .
Other than those few things you looks good so far man.

I really liked the British KD desert gear posted by Gadge. Will have to add my Auckland 21st Battalion KD kit to the "I'm Workin on it" thread for comparison.

I always see people nagging about that on the WWII Reenactors board so I figured I would say that, but yea as far as authenticity I don't see a problem, I guess finger off the trigger is a good habit to form for safety reasons.

Nice pictures Jericho. That's an interesting way to hold your rifle in the 4th picture . Nice beard, I wish I had one ;D. One suggestion though, it would probably be better to move your holster to your side so when you go in a prone position it isn't in the way.

Voodoo kid and Cohesler your 82nd Pathfinder impression and D-Day rifleman impressions look great. I'd be comfortable seeing them in the stitch nazi thread Gives the nit pickers something to do! Great job both of you.

it is a deact drill rifle that had the sights removed so I am going to get a replacement soon. Also it has a synthetic stock that I plan to replace.

Voodookid a nice impression so far but i would advise that you get rid of those rigger pouchs and get a Cartridge belt you mostly see Cartridge belts in italy, The use of garands by the 504 in italy was achally out numbured by the use of 03s and o3a3s then tword the end of the campaign you start to see more and more garands, also i cant tell for shure but be shure to have a m2 para helmet ( i cant tell from the pictures if its a regular m1 or a m2)

I think rigger pouches are fine up until Market Garden (i have seen a pic with a paratrooper with a rigger pouch during market garden). Im actually making a 504th impression myself, I just need a new m42 jump suit cuz mine is 2 small.

actually my impression is of 3rd Bat. during the Apennines campaign. There was a good number of Springfields around but my impression is based of an m1 rifleman, which were there.
I do have a cartridge belt but I decided to use the riggers pouch for this one.

The latest pictures inspired by The Bulge look great. I love the effects and the impressions looks like something right off the newsreels and my favorite film BATTLEGROUND. Great job.
